Core coverage is Jacksonville, Orange Park, and the Beaches. This page is the exception process.
How an extended-distance review works
A Yulee, St. Augustine-area, Middleburg, or similar park can work when headcount and hours support a dedicated stop. A 15-person office 50 miles off-route usually will not. We say that up front so this page is not a duplicate of the citywide Jacksonville page.
If you are inside Duval, Clay core, or the Beaches, use those pages instead. Extended service exists so we do not pretend a far site is “just Jacksonville.”
